The refrigerator is your best friend
You will be amazed at how the fridge can make your life easy and convenient. I often buy a week supply of grocery needs and store most of it in the refrigerator. This way, all the ingredients I need for making meals are within my reach. Sometimes, I store inside the meals that I make ahead to avoid taking up a long time of breakfast preparation.
Just remember that for safety’s sake, you must be aware of the storage times of the refrigerators and freezer as well. It is essential to know how long food can stay safe inside. Overnight oatmeal is an example of a quick meal that you can store in the fridge the night before. You do not need to prepare one in the morning.
